We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a fair and simple return process.

⏳ Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of use

• Custom or personalized items

• Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

💰 Refunds

Once we inspect and approve your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
